28th meeting of TC 1.12 "Reference Materials" COOMET
The 28th meeting of COOMET TC 1.12 “Reference Materials” was held on October 17, 2023, Yekaterinburg (Russia), at the UNIIM - Affiliated Branch of the D. I. Mendeleyev Institute for Metrology (Rosstandart) in a combined format: both in person and in the videoconference mode on the Zoom platform provided by the COOMET Secretariat (RSE “KazStandard”) with simultaneous translation.
Representatives of nine COOMET member-countries participated in the meeting: Azerbaijan, Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, Tajikistan, Turkey, and Uzbekistan.

The 27th meeting of TC 1.12 «Reference Materials» took place on 12 September 2022 in Ekaterinburg (Russia) at the premises of UNIIM – branch of «VNIIM named after D.I.Mendeleev» in a hybrid format (both in person and in the videoconference mode on the Zoom platform).
Representatives of seven COOMET member countries took part in the meeting: Azerbaijan, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Slovakia, Russia, Tajikistan and Turkey, as well as COOMET President V. Hurevich and Head of COOMET Secretariat N.Liakhova.

The 26th meeting of TC 1.12 “Reference Materials” (2021)
The 26th meeting of TC 1.12 "Reference Materials"was held on 25-26 August 2021 in Ekaterinburg (Russia), hosted by the UNIIM-affiliated branch of D.I. Mendeleyev Institute for Metrology in a hybrid format: OFFLINE and online via a video conference on the Zoom platform.
The meeting was attended by representatives of 8 COOMET member countries: Azerbaijan, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kazakhstan, Moldova, Turkey, Russia, and Ukraine. Russia was represented by specialists from the leading metrological institutes of the country - D.I. Mendeleyev Institute of Metrology (VNIIM), VNIIOFI, VNIIFTRI, as well as organizations which are developers of reference materials of composition and properties of substances and materials - Krastsvetmet, IGC SB RAS, West-Siberian Testing Center, VNII NP, which are also Coordinators of special COOMET projects aimed at the development of metrological assurance using reference materials.

The 25th meeting of TC 1.12 “Reference Materials” (2020)
25th meeting of TC 1.12 "Reference Materials" was held on 10 September 2020. This meeting was for the first time held online on Zoom platform.
Representatives of 9 COOMET member countries took part in the meeting: Azerbaijan, Belarus, Bulgaria, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, Slovakia, Turkey and Ukraine.
Chair of TC 1.8 "Physical Chemistry", Chair of SC 1.8.3 "Pure inorganic substances", Head of COOMET Secretariat, as well as coordinators of COOMET working projects from Russia (A.P. Vinogradov Institute of Geochemistry of the Siberian branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences, JSC "Krastsvetmet", JSC "West-Siberian Testing Center") and interested experts on reference materials of leading metrological institutes of Russia (VNIIM named after D.I. Mendeleev, UNIIM – branch of VNIIM named after D.I. Mendeleev, VNIIOFI and VNIIFTRI) were also present at the meeting. The meeting was chaired by the TC 1.12 Deputy Chair, Olga Kremlyova.
