These meetings were organized by the FBU "Nizhny Novgorod CSM". The representatives of 12 COOMET member states took part in these events; besides, Stephen Patoray (CIML) and Chingis Kuanbayev (BIPM) participated in meetings. Guests from three countries were invited as observers: Macedonia, Croatia and Bosnia and Herzegovina. By the results of preliminary voting, Bosnia and Herzegovina was accepted as the new associate member of COOMET.

The agenda of meeting included all important issues of COOMET activities:

- work of TCs and SCs

- structure of COOMET bodies and appointment of new heads

- approval of new documents and reference materials

- implementation of CIPM MRA

- Quality management system

- cooperation with international metrological organizations

and some other.

By the result of the Committee meeting the resolutions were elaborated and sent for final approval by COOMET Committee members.

The dates and venue of the next JCMS and COOMET Committee meeting are still not determined.
