The delegates of 11 member-states took part in the events, as well as the representatievs of international organizations: JCRB Executive Secretary (BIPM) Ch. Kuanbayev and Director of International bureau of legal metrology (BIML) S. Patoray. 

Also the represetatives of TUBETAK UME (Turkey) took part as the guests. During the 24th Committee meeting they signed the COOMET Memoradum of Understanding and UME became the 20th member of COOMET as the associate.

Agenda included following issues:

- Approval of A. Gonda (SMU, Slovakia) as Vice-president 
- Annual reports of President and Secretariat 
- Development program for 2014 – 2016 
- Implementation of CIPM MRA: comparisons, publication of CМС-lines, work of Technical Committees 
- work of Quality Forum, reviews of QMS
- COOMET activities in the fields of legal metrology, information and training, and also in the work of international organizations (СIPM, BIPM)
- approval of new and revised Publications and Reference Materials
- information about metrological infrastructure in COOMET member-states, etc.

The important part of agenda was the election of COOMET President. As the result, V. Krutikov was re-elected for the next term. 

Besides, the joint seminar of COOMET and BIPM, devoted to "Efficient Management of Comparisons and CMC Review Processes in COOMET" was held. It attracted the interest of many participants and had a great practical value. This seminar was held by Ch. Kuanbayev and PTB Consultant, former BIPM Directior M. Kuehne.

At the end of the meeting the resolutions were approved, which, together with minutes, will be published later.
