The representatives of all RMOs – COOMET, EUROMET, SIM, APMP AFRIMETS - participated in the meeting. Delegation of COOMET included:
- P. Neyezhmakov, COOMET Vice-president, 1st deputy Director General of National Scientific Centre “Institute of Metrology” (NSC “IM”);
- N. Sedova, COOMET Secretariat, specialist of International relations department, VNIIMS.

The reports of all RMOs on the current affairs and all the issues of Agenda were considered during the meeting. Some of the decisions made:
- To support and promote the development of new RMO - GULFMET;
- For all RMOs - to present till January 2013 the participants of the CMC review practices workshop (scheduled for March 2013).

JCRB expressed its' gratitude to BIPM Director M. Kuehne and JCRB Executive Secretary O. Altan for their active and fruitful work. Since 2013 M. Milton (Great Britain) and Ch. Kuanbayev (Kazakhstan, COOMET representative) will take their posts respectively.

Next JCRB meeting will be held in March 2013 in BIPM, France.
