The agenda of this meeting included the discussion of the following important issues of TC 4 activities, as:

• Realisation of the TC 4 Work Program for 2012–2014;
• Current state and action lines on the COOMET web-portal, development of COOMET Document “COOMET Web-Portal. General Provisions. Procedure for Maintaining and Submitting Information”, the Draft Conception of Development of COOMET Internet Resources;
• Development of recommendations on the content of training programs and practices of specialists within COOMET, finding out the needs of COOMET member-countries in training and probations;
• Development and administration of a database of Reference Materials of COOMET;
• Changes in Recommendation CООМЕТ R/GM/18:2010 “Procedure of the International Competition “The Best Young Metrologist of COOMET”, information about the V International competition “Best young metrologist of COOMET – 2013”. etc.

According to the reults of these discussions the appropriate resolutions were made.

Next TC 4 meeting will taka place in October 2013; the place is not defined yet.
