23^rd meeting of COOMET Presidential Council was held in BelGIM (Minsk, Belarus) on 27-29 of November, 2018.

The meeting was chaired by COOMET President, BelGIM Director Valery Hurevich.

Members of the COOMET Presidential Council from 5 COOMET member-countries (Belarus, Georgia, Germany, Russia and Ukraine), Chairperson of TC 3.1 "Quality Forum Technical Committee", Secretary of COOMET Joint Committee of Measurement Standards, representatives of COOMET National Secretariats, PTB experts and other invited guests was participated in the work of the meeting.
